If you need warranty or after-sales support

Warranty claims and after-sales support are handled directly by Anatomical Concepts UK, not routed through the manufacturer in Germany. Email support@anatomicalconcepts.com and please include your order number, the date of purchase, and a short description of the issue.

If you are reporting an adverse event

If you or your patient has experienced an adverse event while using the tVNS device, please contact us promptly on support@anatomicalconcepts.com or +44 141 628 8222. We will also submit a report to the MHRA Yellow Card scheme where appropriate. You can also report directly to the MHRA at yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk.
